Flow Streaming Dataset Date Format being converted by PowerBi

Hi, 

I am having an issue with a Flow streaming dataset is converting the date format to US time format by default without being able to change it. 

The date leaves Flow in this format:

However, in both Power BI web and desktop the date format when displayed in a graph is US format even though both the computer and web regions are set to New Zealand.

This problem also occurs on my client's system even when they set up everything themselves. 

Is there any way to manually set the default region of a streaming dataset?

That post is similar but it is marked as delivered however I cannot see anyway to specify the date format in a steaming dataset. Can you advise how I would do that?
