Fix scroll at button's bookmark selection list

Hi,

If I open Power BI on my laptop (13inch) and I want to add bookmark action to my button, list won't load completly if I have a multiple bookmarks, even if I scroll down. On my external screen I don't have this problem.

You can see that on my list there is no bookmark CE-ViewedList&Advice buk bookmark exists.
