Filters Showing Incorrect Option Checked

I've come across an issue where the filter box is showing the incorrect option checked, despite having the correct option being used and called out at the top of the filter

 

For example, in my filter, the 'correct' selection is "memberships" and the data in the impacted visualizations is showing "memberships" and the text says "memberships" is selected. However, the option "members" is what is checked in the filter.

Resetting the filter will switch the checked option back to "memberships" but then when the filter is collapsed and then expanded the option again shows "members" checked

@v-robertq-msft I recorded a video that shows the issue and have it in the link below. The PBIX file is just the report not the dataset as well and the dataset is too large for me to send over and includes confidential data. Hoping the video will give you the info you need. I am using the Feb 2022 version of PBI desktop.

Hi,

Would you like to go to the setting of the “Reset” button to check if the button action is navigating to the specific bookmark? If so, you should also check if the bookmark is saving as the correct status(Date filter and page)

@v-robertq-msft Yes, the reset button is navigating to the correct bookmark and the bookmark is saving the correct statuses. 

 

As I show in the video, when I use the bookmark, the data on the page resets correctly. But the filter keeps the 'incorrect' box checked despite showing everything correctly. It is an issue of the filter not showing the correct info that is actually selected.
