Filter visual do not show in the service

Hi, I have an issue with the filters visual (standard). The will not render in the service. Looks fine on desktop, but when publishing them, they are blank. I am using the filter with horizantal orientation, and responsive in. Looks like this in the service.

I have tested on my side, it works well.

for visual level filter(Filters on this visual), you need to select a visual and then it will show in the right.
