Field dropdown list in the Field Formatting section disappeared in the Power BI Service

The field dropdown list that lets users select which columns/fields to apply the formatting has disappeared in the August Power BI Service release (see image).  It is still showing in the August Power BI Desktop though.

which Visual you are using, have you tried reinstaling the application..?

It is for the matrix visual.  The issue is with the Power BI service on the cloud, not with Power BI Desktop.

I can reproduce the issue with IE 11 browser. Already reported this issue internally: CRI 81117667. Will update here once I get any information.
