Fabric Capacity Metrics - Data Refresh Issue

We've installed the Fabric Capacity Metrics app as the Capacity Metrics Analysis app is being decommissioned. However, we're receiving the followng error message, 

Couldn't load the data for this visual

[ccon]Internal Error: Error obtaining data location. [/ccon]. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

We have opted not to enable the preview version of Micorsoft Fabric. Could this be the reason for the error message? If so, what options does one have for capacity reporting if they haven't enabled the preview version of Fabric?

Please uninstall the old app and install the new Microsoft Fabric Capacity Metrics App: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/enterprise/metrics-app-install?tabs=1st

Thanks! This resolved the scenario. Removing the prior Capacity Metrics Analysis app and then reinstalling the Microsoft Fabric Capacity Metrics App appears to have resolved the issue.
