External user cant view dashboard

I have a priemum account. I have shared with external users and they have been able to view. I added a new external user and he recieved the following.

"elected user account does not exist in tenant 'RG Alliance' and cannot access the application '871c010f-5e61-4fb1-83ac-98610a7e9110' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

I did not thing different with this user. has something changed that i need to do.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MattRGA2022 

If you want external users to access the reports , you should add these users to your tenant first . We usually call them Guest users after you inviting them to your tenant . Then you can share the link to the Guest users' account . Them can access the reports from the link you provide or from Tenant URL belongs to your tenant .
