Exporting Microsoft Certified Visual

I have used an HTML Content custom visual certified by Micosoft in my report. But i am unable to export this visual from power BI service either in PDF or Powerpoint format.

 

Please help with a solution

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Uncertified visuals aren’t supported to export to pdf/ppt. And in the pdf, you will see error message such as “The visual does not support exporting”. Export reports to PDF - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

HTML Content visual isn’t a Certified visual. So it doesn’t support exporting to PDF/PPT.

For a Certified visual, you should see a small yellow badge on the visual’s card. Get your Power BI visuals certified - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
