Hi when you click on Export button on the performance analyser, the Save in Window in Windows OS appears twice.

By the way the version I am using is Version: 2.91.701.0 64-bit (March 2021)

I use the same version power bi desktop, and tested in Windows 10 OS, it works well.

try to uninstall and reinstall then reboot the pc and try it again.
