Error while setting up a gateway connection for excel files placed folder on network drive

Hi,

 

I have been getting this error while creating a gateway connection to schedule a refresh on datasets fetching data from files placed ona network drive. 

 

I have checked the credentials I am using have access to the drive and the files.

 

Could you please help me with the fix.

I wasn't able to reproduce your problem, but based on the error message the problem seems to be in the credentials. I will keep investigating this issue and please feel free to add additional information if you have it.
