Error while loading any type of data

Hi!

 

While opening existing pbix or while loading sources into a new file the following error appears:

I'm desperate and don't know what to do, can you please help me?

Since this is an English support forum, to better provide you with assistance, would you be able to take screenshots using Power BI Desktop in English?
It is difficult for us to determine the exact error message from the available screenshots.
