Error sign in android app

Hello,

I'm having an error while trying to sign in from the app, or from the chrome access to my reports. The message is "Unable to begin session, there has been an error while trying to authenticate the account...".

This error start occurring like a week ago. I had been working fine for many months before, with no issues.

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Please open the browser in your android device, then access the http://app.powerbi.com , click on sign in button and type your account. 

 

If you are able to sign in successfully in browser, please update Power BI mobile app to the latest version then test again.
