Error: We're sorry an error occurred during evaluation

An error occurred when I created an ETL in DataFlow in the Power BI Service and made an update.
I checked the update history of the corresponding DataFlow and read the output txt file, which described the following error.
```
11:44:04,00:03:00.9000,NA,NA,NA,NA,NA,NA,Error: We're sorry an error occurred during evaluation: 2cafda24-7975-1cdf-ff04-ec34029e1cbd Activity ID: 95dae3d1-6f58-4b6c-9676-df9c6046ff81
```

The Power Query preview in DataFlow shows the results without any problems. What should I do?

Hi @suzukishm

Have you successfully created an ETL before? The information you provided is not enough to determine the cause of the problem. Can you provide more detailed information?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for providing your perspective. I agree with you that the information I have provided is limited, but this is only the information I can get from execution history of the Data Flow. コメント 2023-01-05 134133.png

It will be helpful if you let me know what types of information is required !!

Have you successfully created an ETL before?

Yes – I have had success when I executed it at first time.

I solved the problem myself. As it turns out, the problem was with the Excel file itself.

In order to isolate if the error was occurring in any of the steps of Power Query, I deleted and run the steps one by one.
Then I noticed that the loading Excel file was failing at the stage of updating in the Power BI Service. This process have no problem at Power Query. I checked the file, and it performed a repair of the corruption. After I repaired the file, the file processing by Data Flow succeeded.

This means Power Query could read the corrupt file, but Data Flow could not.
