Error Connecting SQL Server Analysis Services Database

Hi 

I tried connecting SQL Server Analysis Services Database but I found an issue and I don't know why. 

 There's pbi-test database surely and I use MS SQL server Management Studio. Someone please guide me.issue.PNG

Hi @phw,

 

From your description, it seems that you are able to connect to the same SSAS server successfully and the database pbi-test is listed under Databases node in SSMS, right? 

 

In your scenario, please check if the Windows account used in SSMS is the same one as in Power BI desktop. You can find the domain user account in SSMS with SSAS connection. In Power BI desktop, you can create a measure with Measure=Username() then drag this measure to a card visual to see current windows account used in Power BI desktop.
