Error: Access to the path is denied

Whenever I launch Power BI Desktop, I get an error saying "Access to path C:\Users\jeff.lindskoog\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App\temp.User.zip" is denied.  IsReadonly: False IsHidden:False

I've tried uninstalling Power BI, re-installing it, Uninstalling and re-installing from the MS Store, rebooting along the way.  Nothing is working.  I've made the temp.User.zip  and User.zip files read only and not read only. 

It was working last week, but now I cannot get Power BI Desktop to run.

HELP!

I looked at the attached post, and tried most of what was in there; renaming the User.zip file,changing the read-only status on both the temp.User.Zip and User.zip files.  I don't have the option of turning off my anti-virus software.
