End user to manual activate page level tooltip in matrix of table visual by clic. on predefi. column

If you activate this option, when you hover every time when your mouse pointer end in any field this options pops upover some date in visuals matrix or table . This is little irritating for end users when you are scrolling down through the list. Could you make one more option for this functionality that we can in advance choose one column in this two visuals on which end user needs to click in one row to activate tooltip appearance.
