Embedded Power BI RLS report: Cannot load model

Hello Team,

We are trying to embed powerbi rls report in external portal, but we are getting below error.,

Our other rls based reports are successfully embedded to portal, but this particular one hitting errors.
Note : we are using premimum capacity workspace.
Server : PowerBI Service 
No rouge space in rls code
compared report settings with previous success embbed reports

Any help in this issue will be highly appericated.

Did you compare the differences between this particular report and other normally report ?
