Email subscriptions are not recognizing the user

Hello,

Every time that i try to a subscription of one SSRS report, it says that i dont have permissions with the following error:

*I have admin rights over the server.

"Failure sending mail: The permissions hranted to user '' are insufficient for performing this operation. Mail not be resent."
Do you know how can i fix it?

Does the issue happen with rdl report subscription in Power BI report server or SSRS? 

Please check if the subscription owner account is valid now, and have meet the requirements. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/subscriptions/manage-subscription-owners-and-run-subscription-powershell?view=sql-server-2017#bkmk_list_ownership_all
