Dynamic RLS issues with adding AD groups or individuals into certain role on PBI service

I am facing issues with adding idividuals/groups into a RLS role (well functioning in desktop), may you please support, advice?

Does this user you added belong to the AAD organization?

Hello, 

thanks for picking this up. Here are some additional informaation with some printscreens below.

Actually I am connecting to external organization (for my internal org all works well, also for colleagues from external organization all works fine). As you mentioned AAD Authenitication is failing. Is it something that needs to be fix in Azure, or?

When you add the user in Manage security , you need to make sure that the users must in your tenant . You can refer to the follow document to learn more .
