Download/Export to csv in Public embed

Hi,
I am facing the issue to provide Export/Download in power BI Public embed report as per client requirement. Even if i go for analytics to be able to give export it costs a lot. Can we only charge for export functionality and reduce the pricing or provide export in embed for public?

I have a doubt , why do you spend pricing when you export in Power BI Public embed report ? If you use Publish to web , you can not export or download report , but users can access the report without any licenses .

Yes in publish to web it is viewable to all but as the website displaying report is shared website between few companies and report contains a list of very important data, at times download is needed. The export option is not availalbe in publish to web hence looking for embedded analytics. But embedded analytics is too costly just for the sake of export to be provided. is there any other option or reduced pricing?
