Dev Tool is not Showing

Hi I am willing to devlop a New custom Visual but the Dev tool is not showing up while i register on PowerBI app. Below is the screenshot for the same. On the place of Circle there should be a Dev tool option but its coming up. Please let me know how i can access the Dev tools to create a custom Visual.

The only reference to creating custom visuals, other than the eDX course I am doing, is https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals/blob/master/Readme.md and there is no reference to this.

OK. Found tha answer.

This has now been deprecated and you are supposed to use the PowerBI Custom Visual CLI Tools in stead. It's really not obvious!! https://github.com/microsoft/powerbi-visuals
