Desktop app window does not resize

When laptop is connected to the external monitor, I can see the entire report window. However, if the laptop is not connected to an external monitor, I cannot see the full Window for the rerport. 

Tried uninstalling and re-installing and did not resolve the problem. 

Therefore, it is unuable unless I connect to external monitor.
