Deployment pipeline

I have a Pro license.

I have created a deployment pipeline and assigned a workspace to Development stage. Now, Deploy to Test button is disabled and when I try to unassing the workspace, it says "Another deployment is  already in process" but there is no other deployement that was in progress. Due to this, I am not able to unassing the workspace and delete the deployment pipeline. 

Kindly suggest the workaround.

Its working fine for one of my pipeline. I am facing the mentioned issue in other pipeline..
