Deployment pipeline error: Visuals not visible in the reports in Test/Prod

Hello,

When I am deploying a report with import dataset from Dev to Test or from Test to Prod, I am unable to view the visuals in Test or Prod. 
Report in Dev:

Same report in Test:

Same report in Prod:

Can you please help identify why this is happening?

Once the deployment is complete, refresh the dataset. For more information, see deploying content to an empty stage.
