Deployment Pipeline - Set number of stages

With the recent enhancement to deployment pipelines it is now possible to set the number of stages during creation. However, there is currently no way to increase/decrease the number of stages on existing pipelines without having to re-create them. Thus losing all history and deployment rules.

It should be possible to change the number of stages existing pipelines as well.
