Decimal Field cut off Service Dataflow

I am importing a from and IBM DB2 iSeries database. The field is up to 9 decimal places.

When I import the view in Power BI desktop I see all 9 decimal places.

When I import the view in the service via Dataflow it is cutting the decimal at 3 decimal places

 Any ideas what's up?
