DateTimes are being automatically converted to UTC timezone on publishing.

I'm hitting an issue where date/times that are in PST are being converted to UTC when I publish.

 

Looking online, I see solutions to this issue, but none seem to fully address the issue. For example: Dynamic time zone conversion using Power BI – The White Pages (unlimitedviz.com)

 

Do you know if there is indeed a way to fix this issue?

@v-chuncz-msft Will this automatically cover necessary adjustments for daylight savings etc.? - Not sure if it would as time difference can be 7 hours for a few weeks a year for example or is that where the UTC offset comes in?
