@Anonymous,

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my side. Do you use Power BI Desktop November release(2.64.5285.741)? Could you please share sample data of your table here?

@Anonymous,

This is an expected behavior. Datetime between 12:00:00(noon) and 23:59:59 will be added PM, and datetime between 0:00:00 and 11:59:59 will be added AM.

@Anonymous,

I checked the time at noon in my computer. In both English and Korean region modes, DateTime between 12:00:00 and 23:59:59  will be added PM.

I mean that when I captured the [FixedUtcNow: 2018-12-04 12:35:01] entry in the photo above, it should be displayed as 00:35:01 because it was 12:35:01 (UTC) AM, It should have been 12:39:31 AM, but it became [2018-12 PM 12:39:31 PM]. I think this is bug. @v-yuezhe-msft

@Anonymous,

When you import such entry(2018-12-04 12:35:01) into Power BI Desktop and change data type of it to datetime with am/pm, Power BI will add PM by default. See the test result in my second reply.
