Date Filtering/aggregation issue

I have a date column in my data that is in UTC format. i.e. its +8 hrs ahead. hence I have the data from June 26th 2019.  

I created a report and created a date slicer and selected today's date (June 25th 2019). 

The aggregation of the data includes the data from June 26th 2019 UTC. 

The expected filter should be June 25th 2019 UTC and not Pacific Time conversion.
