Date Between Slicer in Power BI report not working properly

Since last few weeks we have observed in our powerbi report that the date slicer is not working properly.

As you can see from the above we are using between type date slicer which is filtering the data based on END DATE from Customers table. Initially in the table it is displaying the rows with blank end date values.
But when we try to change the date in the left side date picker. It is not showing the rows with blank end date values.

If we try to do the same thing with right side date picker it is working perfectly fine i.e it is showing the rows with blank end date values also. Here you can see in below snap.

We are facing this issue with the left side date picker only.

We have checked show items with no data as well but still no use.
Is it a bug? or is there any way to resolve this issue?
