Dataset Refresh Failure

Hi,

I am facing a issue that the dataset is not refreshing. I checked with gateway on both ends i.e. Power BI Pro and Server and both are displaying as ONLINE.

And If it completes the data in the dataset is the same.

Please find the detail below:

Hi @p_shashwat,

Please download the report and open it in Power BI desktop, check if you can refresh data successfully. 

Also please check if any detail error logged in On-premises data gateway service logs (C:\Users\PBIEgwService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises Data Gateway\Gateway*.log)

I have the orginal dataset in server and it is refreshing as it should.
The Error in the gateway file is https://collectibilitree.blacktreehealthcare.com/CollectibilitreeTest/Handlers/error_gateway.txt
Below are the snapshots of the gateway status on both PowerBI and server level
