Dataflow failing to refresh -> Appended queries

Hi

I have created a dataflow where I basically append some xlsx files into 1 query. I have 2 different sharepoint sources as some files are in 1 sharepoint and others in another sharepoint. So basically:

- Many xlsx files in sharepoint 1

- Many xlsx files in sharepoint 2

If I load each sharepoint separately, the dataflow refreshes and all works as expected. But If I start a third query that appends query1 and query2 and just load this appended query, i get a failed so i cannot perform the refresh.

I have a Pro account and I have other dataflows where this type of flow works.

If you edit this dataflow connecting to the two SharePoint sources, will you see any warning or errors? Could you please try to tick the following option to see whether this issue can be resolved? Thanks in advance!

You really saved my time! It was driving me nuts, as I had other dataflows working perfectly. It seems some layer of security they have added and I did not know. It works now perfectly.

Issue is resolved by ticking Allow combining data from multiple sources option.
