Dataflow cant be saved

I set incremental refresh in one dataflow and when I tried to do the refresh, I get an error.

To try to fix this, I am trying to go back into the dataflow and remove the incremental refresh, but it cant be saved.

Thank you @v-qiuyu-msft , I have already raised a ticket yesterday but they havent provide any solution, and I need to fix it ASAP.
