DataFlow Refresh and Publishing Error

I am new to the Fabric world and trying to learn so that I can start recreating some of my existing PBI (Desktop) in Fabric to automate some tasks.

When I try and create a dataflow, I can create the dataflow, refresh it and publish once with no issue. Then when I try and create a pipeline the refresh fails and I can no longer successfully refresh/publish my dataflow. Any idea why this may be happening?

The dataflow you created is Dataflow Gen2(Preview) ? Do the steps you created match the documentation in the following?

Yes, just to be sure I setup another data flow, followed this exactly and still on my attempt to refresh following publishing I got the same error.
