Data refresh failure

Hi, Is there anyone with an idea on how to solve this issue? I can no longer get a successfully scheduled data refresh due to the error below. 

 

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.'

Kindly advise.
