Data not pulling through correctly

Hi,

I have one data set pulled from access database which is shown on the lft of the screen.  The visual on the right is pulled from a DB2 database.

If you look at Edwards Rich on the left visual it shows two refewrence ids, however if you look on the right it only shows one.

However if I do a search on the right in the data view it is bringing back details for both.

To me it seems I cannot trust the data the visual is telling me?

From the first screenshot, I see you add a file for year to return data in 2017 and 2018, would you please check if the two records of EDWARDS RICHARD are belong to year 2017 or 2018.

Not sure what you mean "Yes you are right...didnt spot that.".

Do you mean there don't have two records of EDWARDS RICHARD in year 2017 or 2018? (There is a typo "below" in my original post, and I already correct it with "belong").

Hi,  The filter was causing the non return of data, removed the filter and it worked.
