Data exceeds the limit - False error

Hi All,

I have few report which is direct query mode and has very less amount of data, less than 5k rows, and I am getting the 'Data Exceeds the Limit error while exporting the data'

This is known issue when the data exceeds the limit of 30k, but I do not have that huge data.

Please let me know for information.

Hi Sandeep,

There is another limitation of Direct Query mode. The maximum amount of data that can be downloaded is 16 MB. Please refer to: s#limitations-and-considerations.

1. Did you download it successfully?

2. Please check the size of file.

This may result in exporting less than the maximum number of rows, especially if there are many columns, data that is difficult to compress, and other factors that increase file size and decrease number of rows exported.

Yes, I have come across this limitation too, but I was able to download the file with complete data and there was sampling or limiting the data.

1. Did you download it successfully? : Yes

2. Please check the size of file.  : Less than 1 MB
