Data Source Credentials - failed to test connection

Hi, 

 

I connected to Azure blob storage (ADLS Gen2) data source from the Power BI desktop and the connection was successful. I was able to create a report and publish it online. However, when I tried to set it on a refresh schedule, I am consistently getting an error for the data source credentials. It gives the error message as follows: Failed to test the connection to your data source. Please retry your credentials.

I am the admin on the workspace. I have tried this with other admins and they are not seeing this error message.  Coudl you please help in identifying what the issue is?

Hi @lkj 

From the screenshot you provided , there are two data sources , you mentioned you can connect to Azure blob successfully , did you test AzureDataExplorer ? You can click edit credentials separately and try to connect to these two data sources . Then you can refresh your dataset manually . If it is successfully , you can configure scheduled refresh .
