Dashboard theme broken at first open

Hi all,

I've an issue with dashboard theme on PoweBI online.
My pinned tiles have always the default theme (light blue/green) when I open the dashboard for my first time after a login (e.g. if I did a logout and after that I did a login again).

But if I reload the page the pinned tiles will have the correct theme.

I've tried with both "keep the report theme" option and "use destination theme" option, but I still have always the same issue.

This is annoying, because my collegues will take a quick look at the dashboard only once a month and I can't explain to everyone to reload the dashboard every time.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side with Chrome browser version 81.0.4044.92 (Official Build) (64-bit). Please clear browser cache then test again. Also you can try with the same browser version as ours.

thanks for your feedback.

My Chrome browser version is 81.0.4044.113. I don't think it's a browser issue, becasue we have been having this problem for many days.
I've also tried to use incognito mode or other browsers.

I did a test, with new report and new dashboard. The issue seems to be linked to our specific reports, because if I pin a tile from a new report into a new dashboard, the tile is not affected by the problem.
But if i pin a tile from my old report into the new dashboard, the tile have the issue.
Both the tiles are pinned with "keep the report theme" option set.

I think it's related to the custom theme of the old reports or to some setting of them, but I have no idea how to resolve it.

I can't recreate the report, because the reports are very complex, I can't lose all our reporting to fix this issue.
