Dashboard doesn't Refresh in Presentation Mode

We just started displaying our dashboards on Presentation Mode.  I've noticed that when in Presentation mode (i.e. Fully screen on our TVs), the dashboard doesn't refresh on the typical 15-20 cycle.  It won't refresh unless we force the screen to refresh.  Is this a known issue?  Also, I'm pinning my Live Report to the Dashboard for this process.

Is dashboard refreshed without entering full screen mode within 15 minutes? What's the data source does this dashboard data come from?

@v-qiuyu-msft Yes, the data on the dashboard is refreshing when not in presentation mode!  The data is pull from our DW.  The tables in the DW are refreshing every hour and the dashboard is set to refresh every hour as well (set to refresh from 8AM to 4PM - the 8 allowed times).  Our DW Jobs run at 730AM to 530PM - every hour and takes 10 min to run.  This allows for all data to update accurately.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Sorry for the late response.

Based on my test, if we pin the visual from the report to a dashboard, once the dataset is refreshed. The tile in the dashboard full screen mode will be refreshed within 15 minutes. While pinned live page from the report will not refresh automatically, we must refresh page to see updated data.

In your scenario, did you just pin a visual or pin live page?

@v-qiuyu-msft We are using the "Pin live Page".  Based on all the notes, this should auto refresh as well.  Also, we are using the Pin Live Page, because of the formatting.  You cannot have a Black background if you just pin the tiles.  Having the Dark background is easier on the eyes for the consumers.
