Dashboard data goes blank after refresh

I have a report in Power BI desktop on a scheduled refresh to Power BI service. The report data goes blank after about a day or so and forces me to manually refresh and publish from Power BI desktop to get the data to appear again.Capture.JPGCapture.JPG

@twagner

You may check if this is caused by UTC time zone.

I currently have the dataset scheduled to refresh daily at 830 am ET. Is there a time zone setting elsewhere that could be causing this?

I have the same issue with a report on a PowerBI Report Server.

I have missing data from columns when refreshed in the PBIRS when compared to Desktop. My missing data is 3 measures that are all blank while the Desktop file shows the correct results.

Updating the file and re-publishing it solves the issue, until next day on the next scheduled refresh.

I also have the same issue with my dashboard that some data from one particular datasource (excel spreadsheet) always goes blank after a weekly scheduled refresh. It needed me to update that particular datasource then refresh the dashboard on the Power Bi server to correct the issue.

Does anyone knows on how to fix this issue? It's not sustainable for me to refresh it manually each time.
