Credentials Error

Hi,

Since my IT created new gateway cluster (they closed the old one), all my dataflow stop working.

I re-created new data source in the new gateway cluster but my dataflows keep getting the same error related to credatials.

Please help....

Hi @Matan ,

You can try like the following methods：

1. Go to "Advanced Settings" for the data source in the gateway configuration and set the "Connection encryption settings for this data source" to "Encrypt". By default, a checkbox is set to allow the gateway to select the connection encryption settings - this needs to be overridden.

2. After changing the gateway settings (and re-entering the basic username/password credentials), you will be able to successfully create/execute dataflow queries.

If this still does not work, please provide a detailed and complete error message.
