Creating an app from multiple workspaces

Hello,

as we are plannig to structure our reports by placing them into different workspaces I wonder how to proceed with creation of an APP wich consists of those multiple reports (that are gointg to be placed with their datasets in different workspaces).

Is there any possibility to create a shortcuts of affected reports and place them to the certain workspace over which the APP will be created?

We want to avoid having multiple hard copies of one report in the workspaces (where APP will be created) as we are still processing some changes in the reports and that would be difficult for the maintanance (unnecessary repetetive steps for copied reports with expected errors)

thank you for support/advice

Hi @Lu_up

Since a workspace can only create one app, if you want to centralize multiple reports from different workspaces into one app, you can currently only do so by saving as a copy to the same workspace.

Or you can vote the idea and comment there to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . Whats more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
