Could not connect to Sharepoint 2010 list

Hi,

I was trying to connect to  an Inhouse Sharepoint 2010 foundation server list through a user that has Site Owner Permissions.

But I am not able to connect and get data in Power BI desktop.

Also, I am able to connect to the Child site of the same Parent site.

I am getting following error while getting data from the list on Power BI Desktop.

 Do revert for any suggestions.

Hi @trchourasia,

Please copy the site URL in browser on the same machine as Power BI desktop runs on, use the same account to see if you are able to access it. 

Please update the Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.60.5169.3201 then test again. 

If issue persists, please share desktop trace log file with us.

I  checked the site URL in browser on the same machine as Power BI desktop runs on, and I am able to access it with same account.

Also, I am using the latest Power Bi desktop version . ie. 2.60.5169.3201. The issue stll persists.

Can i have your email id to send the log?
