Content Packs missing from 'View Content Pack'

At a client of ours, published content packs have started to disappear from  https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/view-content.

 

This means the content packs in question cannot be updated in any way or deleted.

 

When accessing the Get Data -> My Organisation they show up with me as the owner, so they are active and working.

 

Note after the first content pack disappeared a week ago I republised the content pack with the same name, so now it shows up twice.

 

Now I've published a 3 time with a new name. It shows up both in my content pack overview and in the get data, but so did the previous ones initially, after a period of time they disappeard.

 

If I look at Report Usage Metrics, both missing content packs appear in the 'Distribution Methods' filter.

 

This is a major issue as we are unable to share updated to content for our client. Also it means the users have multiple versions of the same content available which is causing a lot of confusion.

Same issue here. I noticed the problem after I restricted the access from 'my entire organization' to specific users.

@tardavid all our content packs are also restricted to individuals and have been from the start. So some are missing some are not, all of them restricted to users.

The issues that content pack not visible to owner is fixed now. Please test again to check if the issue is gone.

I also still have the issue. The new content pack I created is still available, but the old ones are not, causing great confusion at our client.

 

Tryied updating the data but only the new content back is triggered. I just verified that the missing content packs in question are still available via the Get data (with me as author), but not visible in my 'View Content Packs' view. Also the issue is not isolated to my account, my collegue has the same issue.

 

If the issue has been fixed what can we do to clean up the orphaned content packs?
