Conditional Formatting in table is no longer working

I am using the switch formula which I already have working in another report to add conditional formatting for icons within a table. In the old report the icons are showing up and in the new report they aren't. Is there anyone else having this issue or is there a bug of some sort? Both formulas are working properly, so I'm not sure why conditional formatting isn't working in my new report.

To make it more clear, could you please tell me the following info.

1 The version number of your Power BI Desktop

2 How you configure conditional formatting for the table visual

If it is convenient for you, could you please provide a screenshot of your configuration or a download link of a sample pbix file containing your issue so I can investigate on it? Thanks in advance!
