Conditional Formatting Error when Filtering

If there is no filter applied to the table, the conditional formatting works fine. However, if any kind of filter is applied to the table, the values all default to the color assigned to the "highest value" instead of the correct color.

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? I am unable to reproduce this issue in Power BI Desktop June release(2.59.5135.421).

Could you please share sample data of your table so that we can test?

Dashboard with no filters applied : collors in the first table are OK and all items listed on the second tableDashboard with filters applied : collors on the first table are OK for filter related items and not-OK for the other items - which should be hidden; second table shows only source-related items, as expected.
