Conditional Formatting Apply / OK Button cannot be seen / screen cropped

Hi, I wanted to use the conditional formatting in my tables.

But the interface was cropped and I could not see the "Apply/OK" button.

 

I already tried with different screen/display resolutions and the results were the same.
System: x64 / Window11 / Office365

On another point of conditional formatting, this does not work for percentages, e.g. when you want a color to be shown when between to percentage numbers.

I am facing the  exactly same issue with the power Bi app where some of the options are cropped out due to dpi scaling issue. I am currently using the latest version July of power bi desktop. I am unable to find any solution. I tried with different screen resolution. Even override the high dpi from application to system using properties in exe file but still no luck.   Has  any one  found out how to solve this issue ?
