Color Formatting (based on DAX) not working for Card Border in Card (New) Visual

The Card (New) visual seems to have a bug, where the color formatting (based on DAX) is not working for the Border of the Card.

• Static color formatting for the card is working fine.
• The problem is specific to March 2025 update, since the Feb 2025 update is working just fine.

I had to revert back to the Feb 2025 version to make it work.
