I got to this "new idea" submisstion form from the "Send more details?" error reporting dialog of the January 2021 release of Power BI Desktop.
The only way I can see to post detailed information of an error is by posting a "new idea" here. Not segregating ideas from bug reports seems counter-intuitive as a user and not very scalable for the community. Lots of white noise for both "idea seekers" and frustrated users.
It appears I'm in the wrong place since the "idea labels" feature is showing inappropriate categories.
Is there a place on this site dedecated to bug reports and telemetry? If so, it is not easy to find and that should be rectified, if not, I've said my peace and will post bug telemetry as an "idea."
